I found the location of the hotel very convenient, being close to the main train station, but it did feel a bit unsettling with the presence of homeless individuals and drug users around. The service was exceptional, especially during a busy conference period. The dining options were not to my liking, and I opted to skip them after the first day due to personal preferences. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but the service really stood out for me.
